Hello everyone my name is Rita Reed I am a certified John C Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Certified DISC/Behavior assessment Trainer and Consultant. I am the proud founder of Purpose with Rita Coaching and Consulting Services. As a result of my coaching, I have inspired and encouraged individuals to follow their dreams, pursue happiness in the career or job they’ve always wanted. I’ve helped to rebuild confidence and self esteem in those who’d lost it. I’ve assisted with instilling motivation and a new found passion in people who desire to live their best life.

My coaching has guided many to find their purpose and experience the joy they didn’t know they had. Sometimes we find it difficult to talk about things to anybody, for whatever reason. But when you just need someone to listen and give sound advise a life coach is a great alternative. I think black society has always stigmatized therapy. And although I don’t feel that way, I still found it difficult to talk to an outside person about my personal problems or issues. When Rita said she was becoming a life coach I didn’t really know what that meant. But as her friend I wanted to support her. Well little did I know, she was going to be more help to me then I could ever imagine. She was able to separate friendship and be very professional while coaching me. She made me feel very comfortable even when she asked the difficult questions. She is very confident in her ability to pull your issues to the surface in a way that makes you think and see things differently.
